Are all your items authentic?
Everything we sell is 100% authentic and goes through a thorough authentication process before it is added in store or to our website. We do not deal with any fakes, unauthorized, or other variants. 

What is your return policy? 
We do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges, unless an error is made on our end. If you have any issues with an order or any questions, email us at direct.kicks@yahoo.com or message us on Instagram @DirectKicks. 

How much is shipping? 
Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout and is based on what you are buying and where you are located. If you are interested in seeing your shipping costs, head to the checkout process!
*All New York customers are required to pay NYS sales tax which will be applied to the order.

How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are process and shipped out within 1-2 business and typically take 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep!
Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you once a label is created and will update once USPS is in possession of the package.

While we try to get your orders sent to you as fast as possible, some delays may incur due to other factors outside of our control due to USPS. 

Do you buy sneakers?
Yes, we buy, sell, and trade both brand new and pre owned sneakers. In order to sell or trade, you must bring in those sneakers to out store in Mamaroneck (Address on top of this page.)

We do not give quotes or prices unless the item is presented to us in store. 

***DISCRETION: SINCE WE DO SELL PRE OWNED SNEAKERS, SOME PAIRS MAY HAVE SOME ODOR AND SMELL AS WELL AS SOME SIGNS OF WEAR. INSOLES AND INSIDE TAGS MIGHT ALSO SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR AND AGE DEPENDING ON THE PAIR, HOW THEY WERE WORN, OR WHEN THEY WERE RELEASED.  PLEASE VIEW ALL PICTURES FOR ACCURATE CONDITIONS.
